Adding a License to a Business
Occasionally, a business with a license may need an additional license, i.e., Business and Beverage, or Business and Special Use. You must access the ADD LICENSE button from the Business bubble to do this.
Method 1: Access the License using the Triple Threat option (Fewer mouse clicks)
Navigate to Community Development > Licensing > Licensee Service.
Click on the folder next to the Licensee and highlight the Businesses option:
Click on the Business link:
Click on the Licenses tab:
Click on Add License and follow the normal steps to creating the license. Receipt the license in revenue collections when finished:
Method 2: Access the License via the EDIT pencil (more mouse clicks)
Access your Licensee in Licensee Service by navigating to Community Development > Licensing > Licensee Service.
Highlight your Licensee and click the edit pencil:
Click on the Businesses bubble, then the Licenses tab:
Click on Add License and follow the normal steps to creating the license. Receipt the license in revenue collections when finished.
